The useful budget is your whole-trip budget.

There is no fixed nightly ceiling in this selection. Compare the complete room rate, breakfast, arrival transfer and daily journeys before deciding which base offers value for your plans.

Old-city days or Beyoğlu evenings?

These four hotel notes are a location comparison as much as a room comparison. Holiday Inn Istanbul City is the Topkapı branch, Marble is a Taksim option, Romance sits in Sirkeci, and Galata MGallery is on Bankalar Caddesi. Match the exact property before comparing prices: a chain name alone is not enough.

Breakfast needs a closer look

There is stronger breakfast evidence for Romance and Galata MGallery than for the other two candidates. Holiday Inn’s marked vegan salad establishes a restaurant option. Marble’s dietary listing establishes what its restaurant advertises. Neither proves a complete vegan breakfast is ready every morning.

If you are vegetarian, specify whether you eat eggs and dairy. If you are vegan, ask about milk, eggs, butter, honey and the preparation of cooked items rather than accepting “vegetarian” as the answer. Ask for specific dishes available on your dates.

For an outside meal, start with the current menu and location on Vegan Masa’s official site. Work it into a day’s route instead of treating a restaurant elsewhere in the city as a hotel amenity.

Compare the base and the journeys

The official T1 tram line information lists stops including Pazartekke, Sirkeci, Gülhane and Sultanahmet. Use the current network information to plan your route; walking access, hills and luggage matter too.

Romance and Galata MGallery are upgrade candidates in this selection, rather than promises of the lowest rate. Add the breakfast cost to the same-date room total, then decide whether location or amenities justify the difference. A restaurant’s dietary label is not a reason on its own to pay for a meal package you may not use.
